Yesterday I was painting. 

New ink — healing nicely. 

It’s 2.14am… I know it’s not really late but I haven’t really slept in about 15 days & around this time every night I feel like hell. Guh words don’t come easy right now — I get the taste of blood in my mouth, my feet start to tingle & I lose controle of time. I’m sat here just wishing you’d take a bat to my head and get it over with so I can rest for a while. What am I punishing myself for this time?
